Compensation
The Entertainer will receive the agreed-upon fee as stated in the application. Any deposit, balance, payment method, and timing will be confirmed prior to the event. No additional expenses are covered unless explicitly agreed in writing. Entertainment compensation is based on the event budget and available funding. Any remaining entertainment funds may be distributed equally among approved performers at the discretion of Oklahoma Latin Pride (OKLP).
Performance Responsibilities
The Entertainer agrees to arrive on time, perform professionally, and comply with all event guidelines and applicable laws. The Entertainer is responsible for providing required equipment unless otherwise arranged. Late arrivals, missed performances, or failure to perform scheduled numbers may result in reduced compensation at the discretion of Oklahoma Latin Pride (OKLP).
Promoter Responsibilities
Oklahoma Latin Pride will provide the venue and coordinate event logistics, including required permits and basic event support. Any additional provided equipment will be outlined in advance.
Cancellation
Either party may cancel with written notice within the agreed timeframe. Refunds, deposits, or cancellation fees will follow the terms outlined during booking and may include partial compensation depending on timing and circumstances. Force majeure events excuse performance obligations for both parties.
Media Release
The Entertainer grants Oklahoma Latin Pride permission to record and use performance content, name, image, and likeness for promotional and archival purposes related to the event.
Accident & Liability Waiver
Oklahoma Latin Pride (OKLP) is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, lost or stolen items, damages, or incidents that may occur before, during, or after the event. Entertainers participate and perform at their own risk.
Legal Terms
The Entertainer is an independent contractor. This agreement represents the full understanding between both parties and is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
