Food Truck Vendor Terms & Conditions
Thank you for participating as a food vendor with Oklahoma Latin Pride (OKLP). By registering and participating, you agree to the following terms:
Fees & Payments
Vendor fees (if applicable) must be paid by the stated deadline
All payments are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by OKLP
Schedule (Subject to Change)
Vendors must be fully set up before the event begins and may not leave early without approval.
Permits & Compliance
Vendors are responsible for obtaining all required permits, licenses, and health approvals, and must comply with all food safety regulations.
Equipment & Utilities
Vendors must provide their own equipment (truck, generator, cords, etc.)
Electricity and water are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise
Assigned spaces must be respected
Operations & Cleanliness
Vendors must clearly display menus and pricing
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary space at all times
Properly dispose of all trash and waste
Liability & Risk
Vendors assume all risks and release Oklahoma Latin Pride, its organizers, and affiliates from liability for injury, loss, or damages related to participation.
Conduct & Substance Policy
Vendors must maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. No alcohol or drug use is permitted while operating.
Cancellation & Removal
Oklahoma Latin Pride reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates these terms or poses a safety concern. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Agreement Acknowledgment
By registering and participating in Oklahoma Latin Pride events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
