OKLP Vendor Agreement
Fees: Payments are non-refundable. Space is guaranteed only upon full payment.
Operations: Vendors must follow all OKC/County regulations. Setup/breakdown times will be emailed.
Commitment: Early departure is prohibited and may bar future participation.
Media: OKLP may use vendor photos/names for promotion.
Liability: OKLP is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Vendors assume all risks and must maintain professional conduct and cleanliness.
Cancellations: No refunds for no-shows. Organizer-led cancellations are at OKLP's discretion.
