Fees & Payments
Vendor fees (if applicable) must be paid by the stated deadline
All payments are non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by OKLP
Schedule (Subject to Change)
Vendors must be fully set up before the event begins and may not leave early without approval.
Permits & Compliance
Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required permits, licenses, or approvals and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Equipment & Setup
Vendors must provide their own tables, tents, chairs, and materials
Electricity and water are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise
Assigned spaces must be respected
Operations & Sales
Vendors are responsible for their own sales, transactions, and inventory
Items sold must be appropriate for a public, inclusive event
Pricing should be clearly displayed
Cleanliness & Waste
Vendors must maintain a clean and organized space at all times
All trash and materials must be properly disposed of
Spaces must be left in the same condition as provided
Liability & Risk
Vendors assume all risks and release Oklahoma Latin Pride, its organizers, and affiliates from liability for injury, loss, theft, or damages.
Conduct & Substance Policy
Vendors must maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. No alcohol or drug use is permitted while operating.
Cancellation & Agreement
Oklahoma Latin Pride reserves the right to remove any vendor who violates these terms or poses a safety concern. By registering and participating, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
