Participation Fee
Vendor agrees to pay a non-refundable fee. Space is not guaranteed until payment is received.
Setup & Operation
Setup and breakdown times will be emailed prior to the event. Vendors must comply with local regulations.
Presence & Duration
Vendors must remain for the full event. Early departure may affect future participation.
Media Release
Vendor grants OKLP permission to use name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes.
Representation
Both parties confirm authority to enter agreement and compliance with laws.
Health & Safety
Vendors must maintain cleanliness and professional conduct.
Liability
Neither party is liable for indirect damages. OKLP is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Cancellation
Fees are non-refundable. Event cancellation is at organizer discretion.
